The man, identified as Nepali national Raj Kumar, was trapped between the body and the arms of a small JCB, known as skidloader, as Daily Tribune report.
A man was yesterday crushed to death in a horrific worksite accident in Jurdab.
A source said the accident occurred around 1pm. Rescue workers struggled for more than five hours to extract the body that was jammed in the vehicle.
Mr Kumar, 27, had been working in Bahrain for three years. He arrived from vacation around a month ago.
He was reportedly working on the machine at the time of the accident. It is suspected that he was leaning forward when he got trapped while the arms of the machine were lowering.
The incident occurred on a construction site in Jurdab.
