Bapco has set up a special committee to probe into the cases of workers dismissed during recent incidents, Gulf daily news (GDN) report today.
Chief executive Faisal A Mahroos said the panel includes the company's legal adviser and head of the industrial directorate. He denied any delay by the company in implementing the order.
Meanwhile, Alba's trade union head Ali Al Binali said the company has set up a committee to look into dismissals and facilitate workers' reinstatement, our sister paper Akhbar Al Khaleej reports.
